4. Outsourcing Handling of Personal Information

Handling of personal information may be outsourced either entirely or in part. In such cases, PROGRIT shall carefully select the supplier based on requirements that it has established and implements a management system capable of appropriately protecting personal information. PROGRIT will also enter into non-disclosure agreements with the supplier and have the supplier rigorously manage customers' personal information.

5. Requests for Personal Information Disclosure, Etc.

Customers may submit requests to PROGRIT regarding the disclosure of their personal information or the like (notification about usage purpose, disclosure, revision/addition/deletion of contents, discontinuation of use or elimination, discontinuation of provision to third parties) to the company's contact point for inquiries.
In such a case, PROGRIT will handle the request within a reasonable period after verifying the customer's identity.

6. Voluntariness of Providing Personal Information

Whether or not customers choose to provide PROGRIT with personal information is voluntary. However, if they do not provide the information, there are cases where services cannot be offered effectively.
